2. Bookings & Payment

  • Payment is required in advance to secure bookings, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Puppy packages must be paid for in full before the first session.

  • Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and may be subject to change for future bookings.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • In exceptional circumstances, Lead the Way Dog Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. Where possible, alternative dates will be offered.

4. Puppy Package Terms

  • Puppy package sessions must be used within 3 months of the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Puppy packages are non‑refundable once the first session has taken place.

  • Sessions are not transferable to another dog or owner.

5. Owner Responsibilities

  • Owners must ensure their dog is fit, healthy, and appropriately vaccinated or protected for their age and lifestyle.

  • Any medical, behavioural, or bite history must be disclosed prior to the session.
