Refund Policy

At Lead the Way Dog Training, we aim to provide high-quality, positive-reinforcement training services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds or cancellations.

 

1. 1-to-1 Training Sessions

  • Payment is required in full to confirm a 1-to-1 session.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, 48 hours’ notice is required.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions or late arrivals may still be charged in full.

 

2. Puppy Package (3 x 1-hour Sessions)

  • Full payment is required to secure the package.

  • Once the first session has been attended, the package is non-refundable.

  • Sessions should be used within 3 months of the first session unless otherwise agreed.

  • Packages are non-transferable to another dog or owner.

 

3. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare situations (e.g., trainer illness or emergency), Lead the Way Dog Training may need to cancel or reschedule sessions. In such cases, alternative dates will be offered.

  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the trainer.
