Refund Policy
At Lead the Way Dog Training, we aim to provide high-quality, positive-reinforcement training services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds or cancellations.
1. 1-to-1 Training Sessions

Payment is required in full to confirm a 1-to-1 session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, 48 hours’ notice is required.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Missed sessions or late arrivals may still be charged in full.
2. Puppy Package (3 x 1-hour Sessions)

Full payment is required to secure the package.

Once the first session has been attended, the package is non-refundable.

Sessions should be used within 3 months of the first session unless otherwise agreed.

Packages are non-transferable to another dog or owner.
3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations (e.g., trainer illness or emergency), Lead the Way Dog Training may need to cancel or reschedule sessions. In such cases, alternative dates will be offered.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the trainer.
